When you’re not on-site with clients, working from home is always an option. You can also work from anywhere in the EU for up to 20 business days a year. To match your individual lifestyle, we offer part-time arrangements, additional unpaid leave, and our flexible 11+1 model (11 months of work, 1 month off).

Your entry as an Intern (Associate) during your studies

An internship at Eve is a great way to gain valuable practical experience during your studies. You'll work on meaningful projects, contribute to real client work, and grow alongside an inspiring team.

Interns are our most important recruiting channel – which is why we invest heavily in your experience with us. From day one, you'll benefit from weekly mentoring and structured feedback, ensuring you learn fast and make the most of your time at Eve. With a large group of interns on board at any given time, you'll always be surrounded by like-minded peers who are just as eager to learn and grow. On top of that, our dedicated Associate Offsites bring you together with colleagues from across the company for a mix of activities, networking, and shared experiences.

Your entry as an (AI) consultant after your Master's

Looking for a career that truly challenges you and sharpens your skills? You're in the right place. After your Master's degree and some initial hands-on experience – whether in strategy or management consulting, or in one of our core industries – you'll join us as a Consultant and make an impact from the very first day.

You'll work in small, agile project teams with direct client exposure, taking on real responsibility right from your first project. As an experienced
professional

Your expertise will help drive the future direction of Eve. With at least two years of professional experience in strategy consulting, or one of our core industries, you’ll join Eve as Senior Consultant or Manager.

You'll lead and inspire small project teams, drive client acquisition, and bring your own perspective to the projects that move our clients forward. At Eve, we believe great results come from great teams – which is why you'll work shoulder to shoulder with experienced colleagues in a culture built on trust, open exchange, and shared success.
